After years of fundraising, we have found many unique and easy ways to run a fully operational fundraising tournament to make fundraising effortless. What is cornhole?
Cornhole is a lawn game in which players take turns throwing 16 ounce bags of corn kernels (poly, or resin beads) at a raised platform with a hole in the far end. A bag in the hole scores 3 points, while one on the board scores 1 point.
Why Cornhole?
This is simple, cornhole is an up and coming sport that has become more and more popular over the years. It is a fast paced, fun, and community building game that promotes social integration. The tournament held at Triple Play makes it a much larger bonus due to having the proper tools, equipment, experience, and being a venue that offers food and other games. You could say that Triple Play is the prime spot to host your event in Southern, AZ.
We have so much fun working alongside our wonderful community. Not only do our fundraisers do a great job in raising funds for your organization, but it also brings many folks together. These events are also great opportunities to meet tradesmen, other organizations, business owners, and new friends.
CORNHOLE LINGO:
Switcholio- is a blind draw round robin in which players get a new partner for every game, and get ranked on an individual basis.
BYOP- Bring your own partner to play throughout the tournament.
Blind draw– is a tournament that is based on the luck of the draw! The two of you play as a team in the tournament.
